Gwen, a Seattle native, joins us from an established career in the culinary industry. She graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with honors and a Bachelors in Hospitality Management. During her time as a culinary professional, she became an executive chef as well as working in front-of-house management. While enjoying many aspects of the hospitality industry, she was always interested in the financial aspects of running a restaurant as well as assisting in developing business plans for several local establishments.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially boating, fishing, crabbing, hiking, and camping. She also spends time cooking for friends and family, as well as creative writing, collecting vinyl records, photography, and riding vintage scooters.
