Greg has been providing services in accounting and tax matters with a focus on seafood and maritime industries for over 30 years. He specializes in tax planning, compliance, US Tax Court litigation, and representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He has provided expert witness testimony in many cases, and has served both as a Court Appointed Receiver and Court Appointed Special Master.
Greg is an Adjunct Professor with the Golden Gate University School of Taxation in Seattle and lecturers frequently for organizations providing professional education to other tax CPAs. He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
After receiving the highest score in Washington State on the 2003 CPA exam, Michelle began her career in public accounting at a large Seattle-based public accounting firm. After rising to the level of tax supervisor, she chose to focus her skills in the fishing industry and joined WTNG in 2006. In recognition of her hard work and exceptional service to her clients, she was admitted as a shareholder in 2013.
No stranger to the fishing industry, Michelle began her career in the mid-1980s as a Marine Resources Company International (MRCI) representative onboard Soviet and Korean fishing trawlers in the Bering Sea. She continued with MRCI until 2001, where she filled a number of positions, including provisioning, equipment sales, operations and accounting. Michelle has a wide range of experience in U.S.-Russian joint venture fishing. She speaks Russian and has traveled extensively in the Russian Far East.
Michelle is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

After graduating from the University of Washington in 2006 with a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Accounting, Seth began his career at a national firm where he quickly rose to the level of Tax Manager. He specializes in tax planning and compliance for owners of closely held businesses and high net worth individuals, many of which are in the seafood and maritime industries. He joined White Thompson Noland & Co in the fall of 2015.
Seth is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He enjoys golfing, supporting UW athletics, and traveling.

Joann began her accounting career at the Federal Reserve Bank in Seattle, Washington, and later worked in Federal branches in Portland, Oregon and Dallas, Texas. Returning to the Seattle area in 1990, she entered the fishing industry as an accountant working shore side with vessel production, crew payroll, and general ledger responsibilities. In 1997 Joann joined WTNG as a staff accountant and provides a strong base of knowledge for the firm and its clients.

Originally from Central New York, Ellen holds a Bachelor's Degree in history from Ithaca College. She made her way to Seattle a decade ago via Nashville and Minneapolis. Ellen has a background in guardianship and trust administration, with a strong emphasis on client service.
She lives in Shoreline with her husband and pug, where she enjoys gardening and entertaining her ten year old niece and nephew.

Rongxiu Guo worked at a Pharmaceutical company as an accounting associate in Singapore for two years. After she moved to Seattle in 2011, she studied accounting at Central Washington University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014. She joined WTN & Co,PS in January 2015, now she works as staff accountant and loves this professional career. She speaks fluent mandarin Chinese.

Lisa graduated from the University of Washington in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Before joining WTNG in 2004, she worked as a staff accountant for a local construction company for four years. Lisa has extensive tax preparation and accounting experience, and is fluent in Cantonese Chinese.

Karen joined WTNG as a staff accountant in 2004, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in small business accounting and tax preparation. Karen attended University of New Mexico and University of California, Irvine with a focus in accounting and finance. She became an Enrolled Agent in 2011.

Originally from central California, Tim attended the University of the Pacific where he was Treasurer and then President of his fraternity and an active member of the speech and debate society. He graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He worked in public accounting for two years in California gaining experience in both audit and taxation before relocating to Seattle.
Tim joined WTNG in February of 2010 and has continued to work for the firm each year during busy season. During the rest of the year, he works as a flight attendant and enjoys traveling in his spare time.
